About Green Guide

Bound to be enjoyed by adults and children alike!

The Children’s Green Detective Guide to Cornwall introduces children to all the wonderful things to be discovered and enjoyed in this beautiful part of the West Country.

Eden Project

Of course The Eden Project will probably be at the top of your list of places to visit. It is the size of 35 football pitches and 50 meters deep. As huge as it is it’s completely hidden from view until you go through the visitors center. At the Eden Project you can learn about plants the world over and how we can look after them and our planet. You can go on adventure trails through the Rain Forest and see, smell and touch plants that supply our food and drink, are used to make clothes to keep us warm and supply material to build our homes.
Click here to visit the Eden Project web site.

Whatever the weather you will have a great time on the beaches in Cornwall and many of them are recommended by The Good Beach Guide. In The Children’s Green Guide to Cornwall there is a map showing you where all the beaches are in Cornwall and pictures so you can try and spot different sea birds and marine animals.

Find out about all the wonderful places to visit, the entertainment centers, the museums, the beaches, the South Coast Trail and lots, lots more when you read and enjoy The Children’s Green Detective Guide to Cornwall.

You will also learn how to best look after the environment so we can protect all the wonderful wildlife that lives in this part of the country.
